How do lead email notifications work?
When a customer fills out a form on your website, you get a lead notification email and the lead appears in the Leads Dashboard on your site. Leads come in a few types: a question about a specific building, a pricing guide request (your manufacturer emails the pricing guide to the customer automatically), a 3D builder submission, and a rent-to-own information request.
Lead emails come from [email protected]. Add that address as a contact or safe sender so your email service does not block it, and check your spam folder. Even if an email does not arrive, the lead is always in your Leads Dashboard. Every lead is an opportunity, so respond quickly.
How do I log in to my website?
Log in at your own website followed by /login (for example, wesellsheds.com/login), not at barndealer.com. If your password does not work, use the Forgot Password button with the email address you signed up with. If that does not work, contact us.
I made a change but I cannot see it on my site.
Do a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on a Mac. If that does not fix it, clear your browser cookies and cache.
Why is my new website not on Google yet?
New sites usually take around a month to show in searches, depending on local competition. Adding your website to your Google Business Profile helps Google recognize it faster.
Can you add a page for other products I sell?
Yes. Add-on pages are free. They are static pages, and the products must not compete with your manufacturer. Extra or intensive work may incur charges, and we will tell you before any work starts.
Can I change my site colors or design?
Old Hickory dealer site design is set by the Old Hickory marketing team. You can personalize your About Us page.
Can I have an email address on my own domain?
Yes, through Google Workspace. Create the account and we will set up the email for you.
How do I share my inventory on Facebook?
Click the Share button next to a building in the Buildings section while you are logged in to Facebook.
Why does my Old Hickory site not have the Buy or Rent Now button?
Old Hickory controls that button and switches it on from their side. It is not available for dealers in North Carolina and South Carolina. Elsewhere, contact us and we will check with Old Hickory.
